Strawberry Santas

We saw these little guys hanging out on Flickr and fell in love. What a perfect idea for a holiday dessert tray! Unfortunately, the photo does not have the ingredients used — we were wondering if it was something stronger than whipped cream holding up the little hats. Other recipes, like this one from Uncommon Artistic Endeavors, use a combination of cream cheese and marshmallow fluff, which seems about right.

If any of you wind up making these at home, please let us know how you did it! We’re happy to post your photos and recipe.

Hi girls! Love the website….. I was thinking maybe the filling is made with cream cheese. The consistency is thicker and would hold up those little hats. Of course I don’t know this for sure but it makes sense : )

OMG This would so impress my MIL, she love Santas. Thanks for an awesome idea. Too bad its not xmas. Have any other strawberry treat ideas, for a kid party?????????????
