The other day at my day job I was chatting with Elle, a friend and reader of YAY!DIY about easy dip recipes. She shared the recipe below and I KNEW it was something I would love. First off, it has three ingredients. I mean, what could be more simple? And besides that, TWO of the THREE ingredients are cheese. Oh yes, I am the picture of health.
Of course, I couldn’t just take Elle’s word that it was delicious, obviously I also had to test it out at this week’s LOST party.
The recipe calls for Hormel Chili, but they only had organic brands at our grocery store, so I subbed that in. Guests loved the dip, but agreed that it may be better with Hormel, which is a little tastier than the organic brands! Try it out, let us know what you think!
Ingredients:
1-8 oz package of cream cheese, 1 can Hormel Chili, 1 – 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Layer cream cheese, then chili, then cheese in an oven safe dish. Bake 15 – 20 minutes. Serve with chips or Frito’s.

So proud I have an official mention on YAY!DIY and it is the best dip ever!
